Buying this for my Scottie and his ichiness went away after the first month

My yorkie has itchy itchy itchy skin and has lost most of her long coat over the past 18 months. We have tested everything and tried so many things. This Dermacomfort has helped her gain back the weight she had lost, but I'm not sure if it's helping with the insane itching and scratch scratch scratch!!! I'm trying it for a third month. We'll see after that.
